Our wedding venue provides everything you need to host your memorable day, from the necessities such as tables and chairs to a fully stocked bar. With a wall of windows and our expansive Riverside Patio, the facility features plenty  of space and light. Uniquely located bordering the Clearwater River, settling on the confluence of the river  and Orofino Creek, The Lodge offers an unforgettable site for the wedding venue of your dreams. 

Riverside Ballroom & Patio

Our elegant ballroom needs minimal decoration, it’s style and class will impress your guests.

Confluence Ceremony Site

Description:

Whether you hold your ceremony or reception on this patio... you will be overwhelmed by the views of the Clearwater River. Winter or Summer, you will wow your guests with this one of a kind venue.

    • Seated at tables: 100

    • Seated in chairs: 200

Gold Dust Catering Room

Description:

Great Place to feature the food for your wedding meal..

Lodge at River's Edge's Gold Dust Room. The perfect spot to feature the food for your event.

Each Bride gets their own dedicated Venue Director to help them through the process of planning. It’s your big day... Let us help you make it perfect!

All Tables and Chairs in the Riverside Ballroom

Here is what we have on hand:

  • (18) 5 Ft. diameter round tables to seat up to 180 guests (each table seats 8)

  • (17) 8 Ft. long x 4 ft. wide banquet tables (for registration, coat check, food and beverage, etc.)

  • (16) 6 ft. long x 4 ft. wide banquet table

  • (4) 4 ft. long x 4 ft. wide banquet tables

  • (6) 3 ft. Diameter tall cocktail tables

  • (10) 8 ft. Long x 2 ft. wide skinny banquet tables

  • (2) 5 ft. Diameter outdoor tables for use on our patio (each table seats 8)

+ We will set them up and tear them down!!!

Your booking fee also includes:

  • An experienced venue director to assist you in your floor plan layout and offer recommendations on local vendors and decor ideas. Plus we will have an on site/on call venue director present during your event.

  • ROOM BLOCKS: We would be happy to reserve a block of rooms for your wedding party. We can offer discounted rates depending on number of rooms and availability.

  • Complementary delivery and pickups of outdoor seating for our Confluence Patio (excludes last day and day of the event additions).

  • The Use of the following equipment by request:

    • Premium sound system

    • Assorted microphones (including podium mic. & wireless mic.).

    • Ceiling mounted video & slide-show projector. + screen

DESIGN AND EVENT PLANNING SERVICES

For many events, we suggest you hire a professional event planning service to help you design and execute the various aspects of your wedding. Our Venue Director will be in charge of the set up and tear down of the Lodge venue.

To help make Things More Clear, we have compiled the following list:

Our Venue director would love to help you with:

  • The set up, and tear down of your tables and chairs.

  • The set up, and tear down of your ceremony site.

  • The set up, and tear down and ordering of your napkins and table cloths.

  • Any pre-arranged catering choices.

  • Set up and tear down of audio visual choices indicated in the packet.

  • Making choices and arrangements for any bar service needs.

We want to make sure you realize that we are your Venue.... And we would love to help with anything relating to the room... But we do not offer wedding planning services.

Our Venue Director are not responsible and are not available to help with:

  • Decorating.

  • Cake Cutting or Serving

  • Wedding rehearsals.

  • We do not have places to store anything that needs to be kept cold.

  • We do not have a kitchen for public use.

  • We do not run your music/slideshows.

  • We do not have a laptop for public use.

  • We do not have “take away” boxes for left over cake or food.

  • Cleaning major carpet messes or fixing damage caused by guests.
